Terms and conditions

The following terms of sale regulate the relationship between you, the customer and Gammon.Games. The Consumer Sales Act and The Distance Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act apply to private consumers and the Sale of Goods Act applies to companies.

Ordering

You may only order goods from us if you are aged 18 years or older.

Prices

The main currency is Euro and the prices are adjusted to your currency included VAT. The price you will be charged is the price quoted on the pricelist the day the order is placed. The price given are per item inclusive of VAT for deliveries withing EU. Shipping charges outside Sweden are calculated on the weight and volume for each order. When you have logged in, you will see the total sum including shipping charges before you confirm your order. We make reservations against obvious pricing errors.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel any order provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. The dispatch process starts in most cases when an invoice and shipping documents are drawn up. Cancellations may not be made after this time. As the customer, you are obliged to accept the delivery of any order not cancelled before we start the dispatch process. Cancellations of any item which we do not keep in stock and which we have specially purchased on your behalf from our supplier may not be made after we have ordered the item from our supplier. To cancel an order please contact us via e-mail and remember to give us your order number. A cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us. Special offers, ordered goods and products with reduced prices cannot be cancelled.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days when shopping remotely. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item. You do not have the right to repent of the item due to its condition cannot be returned or if the original packaging and seal is broken. The seal also means technical sealing. If the item is damaged or lost due to being careless, you will lose your right of withdrawal. If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. Returns must be sent as a letter or package to our store address and not by cash on delivery to any agent. Please note that you do not have a right of withdrawal when you shop in the store.

Payment by credit card

We accept VISA and MasterCard. We offer full 3-D Secure encoding through our partner Paypal. Paypal will also be the receiver name given on your statement of account.

Internet bank

You may also pay via your Internet bank. At present Internet bank payments may be made through Swedbank, Nordea and Handelsbanken and more Internet banks will be available soon. You will be put through to your Internet bank, where you log on and make your payment as usual.

Information

We cannot take responsibility for printing errors, inaccurate information and errors in specification regarding any of the products in our assortment. All pictures on our pages are to be considered as illustrations and we cannot guarantee a picture reflects the exact appearance of the product. If the ordered product is out of stock, e-mail will be sent with information about it and a proposal for either another equivalent item or cancellation of the order and repayment. The customer is wearing 48 hours to respond to the proposed solution. If the customer does not respond within the specified time, the proposed equivalent item is sent to the customer. In case the customer does not want to keep the goods, he may send the goods back and charge the shipping cost himself. Gammon.Games will send repayment within 30 days.

Disputes

In the case of a dispute where the purchaser is a private person, our policy is to always follow the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). Disputes between two or more companies are generally settled in court.

Force Majeure

Gammon.Games shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of war, natural catastrophe, pandemic, disputes on the labour market, government restrictions, non-delivery from suppliers and any comparable event beyond our control which cannot be considered reasonably predictable, and which affect the entered agreement as well as our commitments.

Miscellaneous

Prices and conditions are subject to alteration without notice. It is important that that you take note of our current prices before placing an order. The price that you will be charged and conditions which are valid are those quoted on the day the order is placed. We make reservations against obviously inaccurate information and for items that are out of stock.
